Hi! I'm Riccardo "Blanchard" Fraolini and, despite my French nickname, I'm an Italian yoyoer. In addition to throw, I also play drums in a couple of bands and I love making yo-yo related videos with R-Special, an improbable project with my Calabro-Italian friend Paolo.
Hey guys!
My name is Rubén Ortíz Fernández... oh yes, I’m Morapio. I’m 29 years old, from Murcia (southern Spain), where good weather, the beach, Estrella de Levante branded beer and beautiful women make me a big guy... XD Advertising creative for the last 10 years, actually I work as creative director in an advertising agency.
Hi fellow yoyoers,
I am Anthony Destremx, known on the France YoYo Association (FYYA) board as Snake. I started yo-yoing in the late 2006 alone in Réunion Island and have learned by myself, thanks to the FFYA, for 3 years. Then, a year ago, I came in mainland France and started to join meetings.
Hey! I’m Clement Bertaux aka Hatos (but I prefer Clement ).
I am sponsored by B.I.S.T. too, and I’m the 2010 national French champion. I’m a 16 years old student, I like math and physics (yeah I know it’s not very interesting ), I, of course love yoyo, photography and swimming (yes this is not very original too XD) . I started yoyo 3 years ago, how I started yoyo is very simple, I used to play diabolo, then I was looking for some new tricks on internet and found the FYYA site, really cool people, they taught me the basics (and not only) of yoyoing, then I started playing seriously and compete in my first contest 3 months after my first throw.
What’s up! i’m Ixbalam Tapia aka BLAM!I’m a mexican living in Spain since 2007, i’m currently studying 2nd year of sociology at university of granada, south spain, and i’m 19 years old. Well, it’s kinda hard to explain how i start yoyoing, ‘cause i was the typical 6-8 kid who play yoyo a few, like everybody(i think)…. but my real yoyo quest started 5 years ago when my gymnastic class teacher make one week of traditional games exams, toys and games like yo-yo, spin top, jumprope, marbles, etc. (to remember the games played by our parents, and in opposition to all that new videogames charged with violence or similar).
Hello guys !!!!
I'm Thomas CAYE known on forums as TomyMoonly. I am 22, a kind of crazy man, i like lot of stuffs, Cubes, Video games, Yoyo and Spintops and the most important, take my car or a plane, and go away from my house!!
I guess I'm in this big family of yoyo since april 2009. I started as many players, seeing a crazy video on youtube. But now, prefer to throw SpinTops, this sport is less known and less practiced, that's why i like it
Hi, I'm Paul REGNIER AkA LauP
(I know i know, not so original...)
I’m 17, almost 18 (I stress to this point!). I’m still a student, I’d like to do 2D/3D animation studies next year and I live in the northern part of France.
I like telling how I started playing yoyo 3 years ago... As a lot of people, I first saw kids playing with yoyos in the nineties, 1998 I guess? But no one allow me to throw a yoyo more that once, it always hit the ground. I wasn’t so tall when I was 6...
Hi Everyone, I'm Valentin Fauré, aka "Toonz".
I'm 28 years old and i play Yo² for 2 years. Even if I like juggling before seeing my first yoyo, i must admit that yoyoing become one of my favorite pastime. Why I start Yoyo?? I meet Xela! When i saw what he does with a Yoyo, i say myself "Damn, I want to do that same F***ing s***!!^^". If you ever seen his tutos, you know he's a wonderful teacher. He learn me some basics and reveals me some of his secrets, of course it was easier to start with a player of this range!
Hello Everyone, my name is Alexandre VALIN, aka Xela.
I started yoyo more than 5 years ago. I immediately felt in love with this little toy. Some of you know me for my Tuts on the web and my creations. This made me travel to meet players from all over the world. With my ever growing passion, I had a dream of creating my own brand and my own models. When I drew this throw, I really wanted to make something different. Something extra-wide. Indeed, that yoyo has its width egual to its diameter. X-cube dared for you!
My name is Matthieu MARECHAL, aka "Graou".
I’m 35, but I only play yoyo for one year, even if my first throws go back up to my childhood, with the fashion of Russell’s yoyos. I think that the virus smouldered in me for a long time, the incubation time was just a little bit long!
I am now a regular player, seeing in the practice of the yoyo a moment of relaxation and pleasure. Even if my level allowed it me to, what is far from being the case, I am not attracted by the competition. I support the best that I can every event, but I am more enticed by meeting the other players, whether it is to exchange anecdotes, tricks or to test yoyos!
